Before you sign
What do I need to bring?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, state ID) and the complete, unsigned document. Don't sign in advance — the signature must happen before the notary.
Is online notarization legal?
Yes. Florida law has authorized Remote Online Notarization since 2020. We meet in a secure audio-video session, your identity is verified electronically, and the notarized document is accepted throughout the United States.
How much does it cost?
Florida sets notarial fees by statute — $10 per notarial act in person and $25 per online act. Travel for mobile service and loan-signing packages are quoted as a flat fee before you book.
Can we communicate in Portuguese or Spanish?
Yes — the entire appointment can happen in English, Portuguese or Spanish. Florida requires the notary and signer to communicate directly in a shared language, and with me that includes all three.
Can you really perform our wedding?
Yes. Florida is one of the few states where notaries public may legally solemnize marriage. Bring a valid Florida marriage license and I'll take care of the ceremony — in the language of your choice.
